      The environment and the colleagues are really nice

      Cons

      Salary could be higher considering the standards of Dublin. No space for professional growth, it seems most of the positions are locked.

      Pros

      The people are a great mix of humble, confident, friendly, fun, and collaborative. It’s probably my favourite thing about working for AB.

      Cons

      I’d say that we have to be in the office two days a week but even that’s very flexible in terms of the days and hours so it’s not that big a deal, particularly when other companies are way more strict.
