good atmosphere, nice colleagues, meeting different cultures

Cons

For the localization office there are no perks or bonuses - no free food, no snacks no free drinks. If you work for them in the US is different. You are really at the bottom of the pyramid here. No possibilities of growing in the company, just small summer project. For higher positions like project manager etc, the company prefers outsources and hire people who don't understand anything about video games and games industry , rather then invest on the talented people who already work there. High expectation, Low salary, tons of overtime ...
