Pros

Wonderful people, super talented, so much experience/knowledge, and deep collaboration across disciplines. This is the place you want to be if you want to learn/grow/make a difference in the world of gaming!

Cons

Speed is an issue. Making decisions quickly is an issue. Competition doesn't seem to be taken seriously enough and other ventures are catching up!
