Pros

Within the context of gaming, newly employee friendly. Massive level of employee support on par with all the large companies. Flexible schedules with understanding managers. Straightforward expectations. Every studio and office is different. Easy to find one that fits you.

Cons

Fickle peers. Wide variation in acceptable corporate behavior. Pay is lower than average due to being "Activision". Every Studio is different under their umbrella
