      Many smart and talented people in the org. Most employees look out for each other, love what they do, and are interested in building a bright future here.

      Cons

      The last year has taken a toll on morale with restructuring from the buyout. Some of the best have been impacted or let go. You can feel that the culture is slipping away into something else - maybe more Microsoft oriented.
