Pros

Employees really love video games and want to think of ways to make them cooler and better for everyone. Even the employees who are not working on game development directly appreciate this objective and you feel like you are all on one team.

Cons

Blizzard, Activision, and King can feel quite separate.

Pros

Really great team members, everyone is nice and always willing to answer questions.

Cons

Work can become stale quickly if you don't make the effort to ask for more interesting projects. You can quickly consume the job of an analyst if you let yourself slip through the cracks.
