Pros

The company is full of benefits that most of the big tech companies have and also technical challenges are really good. Also most of the European team is really great and supports your growth

Cons

Since the company merged with Activision/Blizzard and now with Microsoft the work life balance was touched and that feeling of working for a startup that cares much about your growth as it was with King at the very beginning was left behind. The efforts made to merge teams and tools across organizations that are so different demotivates you to innovate.
