Pros

Work at Activision was mainly defined by the colleagues, the friendships and real partnership between testers. The team environment was good and collaborative. The salary was fair, and the number of days off avaliable were great.

Cons

Employees feel like a number in a big corporate system, with no real job security or long-term guarantees. Temporary roles reinforce a replaceable and disposable perception. There is no structured career path or internal training programs. Excessive hierarchy and poor communication limit autonomy, and the feedback from leadership is simply terrible.
