      Not so bad for a first experience

      Pros

      Good to get experience, the team is the big + of this job.

      Cons

      The pay is not great, you can work week ends for months and sometimes stay until really late. No long-term contract and almost no hope of growing inside the company.

      Work hard, play hard! Activision is a high paced company where things are constantly changing and whose structure is very lean and mean. If you are up for this, then it's an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      High work pressure. Less possibility for training and external programs.
