      Good pay and royalties....

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. They work you to the bone and have ZERO room for professional growth. They treat every employee as a number and completely replaceable. Gives a very clear view of how businessmen view creatives....

      T-Shirt and Jeans is okay for work. Plenty of training opportunities. Benefits are alright as well.

      Cons

      There's too much work at times. Promotions are not likely for people with niche fields of work.
