Pros

Exciting industry and products; name recognition of highly profitable COD game franchises; Smart and engaged colleagues; Culture of excellence; Very cool events or marketing activations

Cons

Highly disordered org structure; siloed planning and execution; Toxicity of COD game brand and fan base; Lacking basic infrastructure of most elite corporate employers (e.g. limited L&D offerings, limited volunteer or internal mentor opps); Bloated middle management layer, inhibiting promotion of experienced talent; Awkwardness of being within the same operating company as Blizzard and King, despite wildly different cultures, brands and games; Lacks essential corporate steer by way of company values and vision

Pros

Some great employees and managers. 401k match and benefits are pretty decent for full-time employees. No longer a forced overtime culture. Great way to gain industry experience to take to another company that values your work.

Cons

Company management are the worst people imaginable. Upper leadership has publicly said they don't value QA positions and think people should not make a career of it. Outdated and unreasonable performance metrics. Management generally unable to manage low performance so they hold the entire team to ridiculous standards. Has engaged in multiple union busting tactics. Treats low-level employees very poorly. Treats QA in general very poorly. Hard to get promoted internally as openings usually go to people already picked by management and you could have an amazing interview and it wont matter. Pay is below what it should be and is lower than even the studios owned by Activision.

Pros

Coworkers and direct supervisors are fantastic, kind, and hard-working people.

Cons

Upper management has a blatant disregard for the health and safety of their employees. They force changes that the employees have made abundantly clear are not something they approve of and will actively harm the health and well-being of the employees. Leadership's response was basically a canned response of "too bad for you, I don't care, do it anyway or quit." leadership refuses to negotiate in good faith with union organizers and continually demonstrates active union-busting efforts. Call of Duty. Kind of speaks for itself. A dried-up dead milk cow that the company continues to try and squeeze money out of rather than coming up with a halfway decent video game idea.
