Pros

Non-management company personnel were professional and cordial.

Cons

Some contractors seemed biased towards older contractors. Management was dysfunctional. Black employees and whites fighting each other; gay employees fighting straight employees; gay employees fighting each other.

Pros

Able to see and gain insight into the gaming industry and the people that work in it, view production processes, and watch AAA titles being debugged and shipped to market in real time on a quarterly cycle.

Cons

QA Testers are underpaid, overworked and unrewarded in this industry. This job does provide good experience, however the turnover is very high and there is little opportunity for advancement, if any from this level of contract work for the average worker.
