Pros

They shower you with games and other swag everytime a new game is released. Celebrations and parties regularly. Lots of seminars and training to learn new skills. People are generally very open to helping out.

Cons

When new leadership arrives. Look out. Politics abound. Look out. Your head might be on the chopping block. Also they focus on profits at the sake of quality.
