Pros

If you were to ignore the inconsistent management and favoritism, the experience could have been pleasant.

Cons

Family atmosphere is a lie. Anonymity is a lie. The open door policy is a lie. The management team doesn't know what they're doing.

Pros

No micromanagement family like atmosphere you are valued as a person and not treated like number (say in a publicly traded company) Dream Manger program The employees are great and very down to earth open door policy career growth is highly supported tenure employees show love of the job Positive outlook for the company

Cons

Their PTO and sick time are the same so it feels really limited. You start off with only 2 week to cover it all

Pros

Great company culture, great co workers. Actsoft has alot of sales training and wants you to succeed, so you will not feel neglected at this company

Cons

The compensation isn't set up as efficiently as it could be. Alot of your success depends on the wireless carriers you support (certain carriers make you way less money, so having quota's equal across the board doesn't make any sense and can be deflating)
