Pros

The break room is cool

Cons

Lure employees in with false opportunities and growth potential. Sales have been almost non existent since their new “go to market pivot”. Software is outdated and looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2010. Directors are childish and unprofessional. Verbally abuse their employees for not hitting unrealistic quota goals.

Pros

Very friendly and welcoming culture. They also promote from within before they post jobs outside the company. The owner and CEO are very pro-employee!

The pay could be better.
