Pros

Great staff across all areas. By the companies nature, it's always on top of the newest technology, making it a great place to get experience. (Note: Work / life Balance, depends on what you want, expect to put in the time, it's the nature of the business)

Cons

HR seems to be more interested in finding ways around the law, especially hiring older workers or valuing them. Once you get the experience, you are not rewarded, plan to move on. The training and experience gives you career opportunities, just not with Acuative.

I was part of Acuative’s most recent acquisition and to say I was nervous and had some reservations would be an understatement. However, I was welcomed with open arm by everyone. Management is wonderful and easy to work with and they do not micro-manage you at all (which I would despise if they did). I have been here almost a year and I am so very happy to be a part of the Acuative Team.

Cons

Sometimes things are so busy you feel a bit overwhelmed but that would be anywhere you work so not sure it's a con.
