Pros

They have no respect for there field techs you are on cal 24/7 they promise raise that never happen took away vacation time and cut hours to 35 you are not paid for hours worked drive time isn’t considered work time jobs can be 10 Hours from home you get drove time pay but it doesn’t count as work time they do not have enough techs to cover any area so you drive a lot this company used to be a great company until management changed and they destroyed o great place to work DONT WORM FOR THIS COMPANY IF YIU WANT A PERSONAL LIFE

Pros

I worked with some great people who were smart, talented and dedicated. You get to dive into new technologies and I was never bored.

Cons

The pay is around 20% lower that industry average. The medical is ok, not great. Execs don’t embrace work from home - more old school thinking that people have to be at a desk to be productive. Some incredibly toxic people in positions of authority that hurt the overall operations. If you are capable, you will be overworked. You will either be the recipient or witness to screaming directors and/or execs yelling obscenities throughout the office. Females in actual leadership roles are few and far between.
