Pros

Leadership is transparent, very connected with all employees, including field employees. Pay is very competitive. Management trusts employees to do their jobs. Extremely satisfying work/ life balance. Unlimited sick days. Vacation time based on industry experience, not time with Acuity.

Cons

Really are none that I can think of.
