      * amazing, talented coworkers who care about your growth * passionate, driven team * flexible work schedule, unlimited PTO, fully remote * team culture, inclusion, and wellness are a priority * always open to feedback * team retreats to get to see people in person * amazing benefits - paid wifi, parental/pregnancy/adoption support

      Cons

      * As with any startup, processes can change often, so you have to be able to adjust. (This is also a good sign because it shows that Acuity is growing and trying to improve processes.) * no 401K matching

      - Remote work can be tough sometimes. While everyone at Acuity cares about each other, sometimes I feel a bit disconnected. I think they're making an effort to do more but we could be better
