You get to work with highly capable and intelligent individuals on interesting projects

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment with limited career progression especially after mass layoff last year, the budget is tighter than ever. If you have an option to work elsewhere, don't come here.

Of course, any reduction in workforce is regrettable, yet management acted responsibly in reaction to the uncertainty and cutbacks we faced due to the tightening budgets and contract needs of the government clients that we serve. Now, more than a year later, we remain optimistic about the future of AcuSPHERE and the important healthcare policy research that we see ahead for us. -Relatively interesting work depending on the project -Knowledgeable coworkers willing to help -Flexibility to go fully remote though with cut in pay

Cons

-Little support and direction from managers/senior level -Bland company culture and no efforts to engage employees into volunteering/social/happy hour/conference events
