      Most likely the flexibility in the role but that's about it

      1. High unorganised 2. Toxic culture where commitments are not honured by senior management. 3. Business strategy which doesn't make sense. 4. FD, MD, SD left months apart shows your the lack of structure. 5. Commission structure which is poorly outlined and doubtful you get paid anything. 6. Small minded business with lack of training. 7. Droconon sales strategy 8. No team culture
