Pros

I really enjoy working with all the people in the company that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I think the new management team is supportive in their roles so make it a positive work environment. I also appreciate the opportunity to work for a company that offers me the tools to increase my marketing knowledge across digital platforms as well as print so I am an expert Account Executive.

Cons

I think there could be a little more organization to some of the processes. I know we have had some significant changes lately however so I think these are a work in progress.

Pros

Managers are good and easily accessible when you have an issue. Always willing to work with my schedule if I need off for doctor appointments for myself or my husband.

Cons

More communication about upcoming changes before they actually happen.

Pros

I feel that the our region has a great group. Everyone works together as a team to continue to improve and provide quality local journalism to our communities and offer a wide range of advertising options to our local businesses.

Cons

I would like to see if it would be possible to have (re)trainings at the beginning of the year to be spread out over more than just the month of January. With the required training sessions, plus any normally scheduled meetings, it accounted for 32 hours of the month. While I understand the need for these sessions, that is a significant amount of my working hours for the month and did impact the ability of selling time.
