      Pros

      Up front honesty and loyalism, always look forward to coming to work, I respect my supervisor and always feel I can come to him for any sort of things. He always has time to listen to good or not so good news. He is an asset to the company!

      Pros

      I value the benefits, especially the time off growth. The management in Ohio are all great to work for. I appreciate the many trainings that offer growth in experience with the job.

      Pros

      I value that we are family owned and operated. This is a blessing when things happen in personal life and schedules can be modified to fit in funerals, taking care of aged parents and children. This is one of the non publicized benefits.

      Cons

      I believe more communication from other markets would be beneficial. Seeing what other pubs are doing may make a great deal easier to not reinvent the wheel each time. We are stronger as a whole than our parts.
