I love the flexibility of my position and work life balance. I have some great coworkers. I feel like the company has a future with growing into the digital marketing world.

Cons

There is a lot of corporate B.S that gets in the way of doing my job. Middle management sucks.

I enjoy my work and appreciate the schedule flexibility. I like that Adams is not afraid to make changes and try new things in order to create growth and opportunity for the company.

Cons

Overall I think Adams does a good job managing the business given the industry we operate in.

Pros

Getting plenty of hour time to get done health wise what I need. I have hd to get eye injections evry six weeks and have been able to take time off to do that. I alo like hving 4-5 days to eake time off for vacation, to the family cabin, in Michigan.

Cons

Not that I can think of, off hand. They have been good about giving us training with the new phones.
