      I love the work life balance and everyone I work with is very helpful and knowledgable. I'm glad I gave APG the chance and left my last job, I absolutely love it and I'm excited to grow and learn more!

      job security and benefits. i also enjoy working here. my supervisor treats me with respect and i am proud of what we create on such a limited budget and limited staff.

      Pros

      There is no micromanagement like at the last company I worked for. There is good communication between management and employees. Praise, compensation and training are always a positive at Adams.

      Cons

      The phone process for customers (subscriptions) seems to be antiquated, many calls come to accts receivable, but should go direct to subscriptions. Frustrating for both customers and employees.
