I like the fluidity of the work schedule. It's very accommodating for appointments and things like that. The company environment is also warm and welcoming.

Cons

More upward mobility, raises, and promotions within the company would be nice.

I love working with my team and the support my direct supervisor gives me. I enjoy working with different teams across the country and getting involved in various projects.

Cons

Benefits could be a little better in terms of cost and raises could be looked at on a yearly basis to be competitive.
