Pros

Tools and Products. The company had an amazing number of products that you can sell to local businesses. A robust suite of digital marketing solutions.

Cons

Public perception is still that of a traditional newspaper company. Trying to gain new digital revenue streams often hampered by hanging onto remaining print advertisers.

Pros

Commitment to Local Newspapers in smaller markets. Great Senior Management.

Cons

Declining readership, Different Day-Different Focus. Does not pay well compared to other Media employers in the area.

Pros

Coworkers are nice. Close to home.

Cons

Pay Management doesn’t know the employees, they are rarely in the office and are hard to get in contact with. Company seems to only be in it for the real estate and equipment, not the industry or the people. Community news has suffered under their direction
