Flexible schedule as a writer. Ability to work a hybrid remote schedule. Able to work on big stories even as an entry level reporter.

Cons

Management clearly tries to cut corners and keep the staff as small as possible, making current staff members have to bear the load of other job responsibilities with no pay compensation.
