The flexible schedule is nice.

Cons

Most, if not all, employees are overworked. Upper management does not take feedback and do anything with it. They are constantly throwing new ideas at you before you’ve had a chance to wrap your head around the last idea. Only concerned about the bottom line, very little care for the well being of employees. Internal customer service is very poor.

Very flexible hours and responsibilities, ability to take on projects or stories with little to know oversite from the corporate level

Cons

poor communication from corporate bosses, received zero feedback ( good or bad) from any higherups, decisions made very last minute and often times the product was poor, HR was unable to clearly communicate and explain changes that were made to employees salary and benefits once COVID-19 forced employees to become hourly workers, was responsible for a lot of the upkeep in the office and buying supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies and water filtration systems
