Pros

There are people in the lower levels still committed to good journalism

Cons

Upper management is content saving money by downsizing, eliminating positions and not filling open positions. The result is a stressed and overworked staff that takes all of the criticism

Pros

Entry-level opportunities for those just starting a career.

Cons

Not much of an overall culture or identity. There always seems to be a "quick-fix" attitude rather than a focus on long-term growth.
