      Pros

      You get to work within some area around campus that pertains to your degree plan and the scheduling all works around your classes instead of you working your schedules around your classes.

      Cons

      Sometimes you feel like you never really end up leaving campus.

      Pros

      Management allowed for plenty of freedom for employees to handle their own responsibilities which was a great opportunity for me as a young professional.

      Cons

      Alamosa can be a struggle at times, very difficult to travel to and from. Lower salary due to a lower cost of living in the area.

      Pros

      The staff in the athletic department is great. I loved being able to work home events and be a part of the Adams State community.

      Cons

      There were times where I was just asked to show up and they would find something for me to do rather than have a specified position for me.
