      LOTS of practical/hands-on experience, will learn a lot and develop skills quickly, mentorship, partners care and encourage your personal and professional development, opportunities for bonuses, staff is friendly and welcoming, firm cares about its clients and the community (monthly volunteer events)

      Exceptional people and culture. Haven't met a single team member who hasn't been warm, approachable, and willing to share knowledge.

      Cons

      We're a bit limited on space, so face-to-face collaboration isn't always possible in larger teams, but we're looking forward to larger facilities in the near future.
