Pros

Leadership who listens and offers support, but also challenges you to grow. Love the culture that's been created and the focus is on providing individualized therapy to the kids based truly off what their specific needs are. Rewarding to see the growth of our kids and also work with a group of people that are truly passionate about making an impact and going above and beyond their typical call of duty.

Cons

None at the moment, last minute cancellations of session would be first to mind, but sometimes can't be avoided in today's climate.
