Pros

Leadership is out going, caring and very helpful. BCBAs are awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is there for the patients. Coworkers are always there for each other. Making a difference in a child's life is why I became a RBT and AFL is the place to work.

Cons

We have grown so much that we are a bit crowded. Definitely need a bigger center so we can serve more patients.

I loved my coworkers and one of the BCBAs. The kids were amazing.

Cons

Underpaid and sent home if your client cancels for the day. Consistent salary is important for RBTs. We make little money as if it.
