It’s a great environment, the coworkers are Amazing, the kids are so easy to care about and connect with.

Cons

Not the most amazing pay, if the kids call out you don’t get paid, can sometimes not get the help you need.

Working for Adapt for Life has been a life changing experience. The work culture is not only welcoming and consistently positive, but it’s also a positive and enjoying place for the kids to thrive and learn. I’m grateful that I work for a place that challenges, promotes growth, and encourages their RBT’s to be the best for their children. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.

Cons

I genuinely cannot think of a reason to not work here. ☺️
