Lots of technologies to work with, entirely cloud based. Friendly work environment. Fully remote or hybrid work. Room for advancement with quarterly performance reviews.

Cons

No major issues, benefits are good and they offer 401k but no matching. Little if any bonuses as well, but the pay is competitive.
