Pros

Adcap is a company where you have the ability to take on responsibility quickly if you show you can do the job. As a company of less than 100 people, everyone knows who is working hard and pulling their weight. There is a culture of work hard and play hard, but that does not mean everyone gets in early and stays late, it just means people work hard to get things done, then have time to go spend with their family or friends. It's in a nice part of suburban Atlanta, employees are a mix of younger and middle age, there are good amenities like snacks and drinks, and picnic tables under the shade of trees right out the back door. The company keeps growing bigger and adding people, and it is in an industry that is rapidly changing and competitive, so it's possible to make some good money.

Cons

There is not as much ability to move up into management position as there is at bigger companies because there are not that many managers. It's a pretty flat organization. I don't always know what the plans are for the future.

Pros

-Excellent Leadership - All the way around, our leaders are great at what they do. The VP of Sales as well as the CTO are willing to go out on appointments with you, which makes life extremely easier when you are just starting out, or even if you have been here multiple years. How many companies have ownership and executives that are willing to help you out like that?!?! -Great atmosphere - From the free Starbucks coffee, soft drinks, water, and snacks, to the fact that you can bring your dog to work, Adcap has a great atmosphere to come to work to every day. -Great Collegaues- The people here are hard working, talented, and some are even new to the IT world, and Adcap has a plan in place with clear objectives and targets to move you up the ladder internally. -Competitive Environment - If you want to work and surround yourself around successful people, this is the place. The environment is competitive, but having excellent resources and feeling part of a winning team makes Adcap extremely motivating and encouring to come to work on a daily basis. -Chance to make more money than you ever have! - If you are in sales, the commissions can be extremely high, if you put in hard work every day. Self-motivators will be extremely successful at Adcap. Adcap also heavily invests in Pre-sales solutions architects, post sales deployment engineers, and project management team. These are the folks that make a Salespersons life much easier, because they are the best in the industry at what they do, which in turn will help you be successful.

Cons

Expenses are on your own tab, until you are reimbursed. (Reimbursements paid on the 15th of every month) In sales, you might invest in travelling, dinners, attending networking events such as conferences in order to entertain and prospect potential clients. You do get reimbursed, but would be nice if there were an "expense card" option or "two-week" reimbursement period so your money doesn't dry up before the reimbursements come back to you and you can continue to work hard without worrying about whether you can afford to go on that next sales trip.

Pros

Adcap has an extraordinary company culture with cookouts occurring regularly and a real family and team-oriented type of environment. Adcap also has very involved management--Rolf, the CTO of Adcap, has an extensive knowledge of technology and is far more competent than a typical jargon-slinging black-suit CTO. Also, lazy employees do not last--some companies are notorious for carrying dead weight and forcing other employees to pick up the slack--not at Adcap. Finally, the pay at Adcap is exceptional. Adcap also tends to offer performance-based bonuses and raises which challenges employees to always be on their A-game.

Cons

There are no cons to working at Adcap--unless you are allergic to hard work.
