Pros

-Excellent Leadership - All the way around, our leaders are great at what they do. The VP of Sales as well as the CTO are willing to go out on appointments with you, which makes life extremely easier when you are just starting out, or even if you have been here multiple years. How many companies have ownership and executives that are willing to help you out like that?!?! -Great atmosphere - From the free Starbucks coffee, soft drinks, water, and snacks, to the fact that you can bring your dog to work, Adcap has a great atmosphere to come to work to every day. -Great Collegaues- The people here are hard working, talented, and some are even new to the IT world, and Adcap has a plan in place with clear objectives and targets to move you up the ladder internally. -Competitive Environment - If you want to work and surround yourself around successful people, this is the place. The environment is competitive, but having excellent resources and feeling part of a winning team makes Adcap extremely motivating and encouring to come to work on a daily basis. -Chance to make more money than you ever have! - If you are in sales, the commissions can be extremely high, if you put in hard work every day. Self-motivators will be extremely successful at Adcap. Adcap also heavily invests in Pre-sales solutions architects, post sales deployment engineers, and project management team. These are the folks that make a Salespersons life much easier, because they are the best in the industry at what they do, which in turn will help you be successful.

Cons

Expenses are on your own tab, until you are reimbursed. (Reimbursements paid on the 15th of every month) In sales, you might invest in travelling, dinners, attending networking events such as conferences in order to entertain and prospect potential clients. You do get reimbursed, but would be nice if there were an "expense card" option or "two-week" reimbursement period so your money doesn't dry up before the reimbursements come back to you and you can continue to work hard without worrying about whether you can afford to go on that next sales trip.

Pros

At Adcap you feel welcomed and part of a team on your first day. It is a refreshing work environment filled with efficiency and laughter. It’s an odd combination, I know, but it’s true. You really do enjoy coming to work every day. The management isn’t bothered by you asking questions, because they are there to help develop you without micromanaging you. Everyone is approachable and everyone treats you with respect. So many companies ignore the good and nitpick the bad, but Adcap regularly recognizes it's employees for a job well-done.

Cons

This isn't really a con, but efficiency and accuracy are key when working for Adcap. They are not a large company, you must be quick and diligent with your workload.

Pros

I started at Adcap as an intern & was offered a full time position right out of college, (which is awesome)! I loved how welcoming everyone was; everyone was willing to take time out of their schedule to share their knowledge with me. I also love that Adcap is very big on working as a team; we all want each other to be successful!

Cons

The only con I can think of is that I am not an expert in IT, so sometimes it makes it difficult to understand certain things. However, if you just ask questions & go through some training, you'll eventually become an expert!
