Pros

Very hands-off atmosphere, no micro managing. Autonomics work atmosphere. Great fit for personality types that are self-starting and entrepreneurial.

I can't think of any at this time.

Great working environment, everyone looks out for each other and everyone helps one another succeed.

Honestly, if i could come up with a con they would mostly likely have already fixed it because Adcap is ever changing for the better!

-Lots of Opportunity -Great people, always willing to help (so long as you are hard working) -Good at training employees -Small enough to let you do things your way -Great benefits and Flexible work schedule - Ping Pong on site

Cons

- Can sometimes be monotonous (find ways to make it fun) - Not a big fan of traditional cubicles (it's not that bad, get over it)
