Pros

Collaborative team, Small events and activities throughout the year, Free food on many days. Good benefits (Health, Dental, vision, PTO), Very hybrid friendly job roles, unless you are in the lab teams. They are definitely trying and taking steps towards being a more inclusive and diverse workspace.

Cons

Pay is a lot less than the industry standards, but that is to be expected with a non-profit organization.

Pros

Fantastic collaboration in teams. The science-focused and tech-focused teams work together very well on improving the processes and products. Growth and outcome-oriented mindset across most of the teams.

Cons

Being a non-profit, sometimes you feel that teams are slightly small and you sometimes end up working over-time to get your tasks done; depending upon the team you're on. The tech teams often do feel the pressure to complete their tasks with agility, although it is an infrequent scenario. It's all up to an individual to manage the tasks efficiently and good personal planning will allow one to do tasks properly and avoiding crunch.
