Great culture but little room for growth

Pros

A very fun company with a great mission. Everyone pitches in to projects enthusiastically and things are rarely siloed. It's an efficient place to be so you can actually get your work done without everything being a huge process.

Cons

Work can be a bit routine and little room for advancement. Expectations can be a bit much given the small number of people and resource to accomplish the tasks. There are definitely "favorites" that are treated differently who get away with things other would not.
