You are able to showcase and present your work to the company, and it is celebrated. You are given room to do your best work with no micromanagement. This is a "radically flexible" work environment that allows you to get your work done in the time that best suits you. They value employees and provide 100% health care to not only employees, but their partners and dependents. Great time off, and plenty of ways to engage with your colleagues in fun, creative ways (apple picking, bake-offs, dance competitions, book clubs, etc).
