Best Job Ever

Pros

I took this job because one of the seniors at the time told me this was the best job ever and it is! It's been over 5 years now and I love my team, my manager and my job. I'm not micromanaged, it's flexible, and it pays well. It's fun and interesting and every day is different.

Cons

Can't think of anything bad!

Do not work here

Pros

Tons of HR team events

Cons

Poor decision making by the “boss” Cliquey work environment If you cannot work long hours, do not work here If you cannot build relationships outside of the workday, you cannot get ahead Happy hours nearly two times a week make it impossible for work life balance at home They didn’t rehire anyone who was furloughed or let go during Covid but decided to hire new staff and spend money training up new staff instead Very low pay - you can work at chipotle rolling burritos for $3000 less than the starting salary at Addison Group

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that you feel that, besides the team events, your experience wasn’t pleasant. Our #1 goal is to ensure a quality experience and to do that we look to feedback on platforms such as Glassdoor. This helps us identify new areas of opportunity where we can improve the way we work. We always provide resources for employees to voice when they are feeling concerned or overwhelmed and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises. We continue to leave the door open for two-way communication, even now. If you would like to share more, to a specific degree about your "boss" and office, reach out to peoplefirst@addisongroup.com. Please, have a great week
