      Three majors things I encounter in my role are an inclusive environment, meaningful work, and supportive leadership. All of these things really make me feel appreciated and continue to make Addison a great place to work

      Cons

      I am a competitive person and I think a lot of people within the company work hard and come up with new ideas for us to constantly support our team, clients, and candidates. The "Con" would be if you aren't willing to adapt to changes and are just wanting to go-with-the-flow you might encounter some clashing ideals

      Great training, good experience for sales/recruiting, possibility to make a lot of money

      Easy to get burnt out, not much work flexibility

      Company work schedule flexibility, solid compensation structure, great cross-departmental collaboration and realistic growth opportunities

      Cons

      healthcare benefits aren't great. Working from home is not encouraged.
