Pros

Addison Group truly cares about their employees. On the Admin side of things, you are always working with your team and getting really great feedback on your performance. I've always felt really appreciated and I don't want to work anywhere else!

Pros

The environment is the healthiest place I have ever worked. Everyone is so supportive, from every division of this organization. I appreciate all the coaching and opportunity this role has provided me. The company also gave me some of the best friends I have ever had. Everyone has the same core values as Addison Group and you're surrounded with like minded people.

There are no cons for me at this time.
