      Great office, bad company

      Pros

      Great people in the Charlotte office. Everyone is nice and willing to help.

      Cons

      Company itself has a structure that prevents growth and holds a cap on earnings. Incentivized to do whats best for Managers and Addison as a whole & not the recruiter(s). It's a good first job in agency recruiting but no place to stay and grow. Hence why their retention is so low and they don't even attempt to keep their people. Also, they underpay & benefits are below average. Great people in the Charlotte office, nice location too.

      - Great work life balance - Friendly people that are happy to be at work - Challenged by coworkers - Opportunities for advancement - Employee appreciation

      Cons

      - Benefits/pay could be a little better, but the culture and work life balance make up for it. I'm happy coming into work everyday which is worth more to me.
