Opportunity to make a lot of money for a fresh grad Depending on the office/team, there are some great managers (some not so great)

Cons

Metrics driven job so depending on the person, this can add a lot of stress with the constant pressure to hit activity A lot of turnover due to the nature of the job - you have to really be careful to fight burn out

Addison is a company that lives and breaths it's motto of "People First!" I came to Addison Group 4 yrs. ago with experience in creating, developing and growing HR departments for companies of various sizes. During the past 4 yrs. Addison has provided me with the opportunity to not only utilize my knowledge that I've obtained while working in HR for 20 yrs., but I have been able to continue to learn and develop my knowledge and skills to the next level. I have been able to work with the best of the best in the staffing and consulting industry. I've been able to watch my HR team grow not only in headcount, but in their knowledge and professionalism. Addison Group has allowed me to invest in my team, promote from within and bring in some new amazing talent. Addison Group provides you with the opportunity to create your path to success and the buy in on your success comes from the top.
