      Pros

      Fully remote, flexible time off, opportunities for growth within the company, supportive leaders, clear/manageable expectations, awesome training team & resources, helpful understanding of my role's relevance to the company, and a welcoming/team-oriented environment

      Cons

      There are common issues like burnout or isolation that can come from working remotely, but I've never felt them to be a problem for me because my team has always tried to address and prevent these potential cons with extra communication, activities, etc.

      Easy job, easy schedule, work remote so great for traveling

      Cons

      Favoritism, if you’re not married into or went to college with half the team you’ll probably be let go. still somewhat micro managed, very clicky environment even remote, not much diversity, the blindside you and let you go without reason, things are not really talked about just looked over
