      Pros

      Team culture here is great, such a fun and vibrant group of people. Fast-paced environment with a company that supports its people and encourages them to grow professionally and personally.

      This was an amazing work from home job not too bad of work

      Cons

      They will let you go with zero warning no consideration of your home life and on the spot. I saw them do it multiple times with multiple people. The pay is ok. But continuously letting people go with zero warning is wrong and they know it. They have no care for their workers and hide under the disguise of being inclusive and fair to their employees

      Great first job!

      Pros

      This is my first corporate job out of college and I love working here so far. Everyone is so supportive and really wants you to succeed. In my first couple months I felt very supported as I learned the business and worked hard to hit my goals. Now that I have a good grasp on the role, I still feel support when I need it without being micromanaged. I appreciate all the guidance management gives and how they push me to meet my goals and keep growing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into staffing!

      You definitely get out what you put in, it's important to be self motivated and work hard to see success!
