      fun culture, great people, room for growth

      unlimited PTO is not actually encouraged to be used, strictly metrics driven versus results driven, no work life balance

      Working with unparalleled executive leadership and corporate team while enhancing and providing all of the tools necessary to enable the success of our professionals in the field has been an incredible journey. To work for and with people that continue to promote, encourage and mentor their employees is a great way to spend your "work week", while simultaneously maximizing your earning potential. Working for Addison Group is truly a recipe for success!!

      Addison Group Puts People First!

      Company truly values their people, great culture, collaboration, competitive commission structure, room for growth! I feel like I'm writing an ad for a role I'm hiring for, but it's all true!

      Cons

      Communication - you don't always get the insight you need on new processes/resource to ensure you adhere to them, or have a chance to leverage them.
